Medium to full-bodied, fleshy and enveloping, it's elegantly textural, with racy acids, nicely integrated sugar and a precise finish. Medium to full-bodied, chiseled and incisive, with a racy spine of acidity and a pretty pinpoint mousse, it concludes with a saline finish. Mingling aromas of honeycomb and crisp yellow orchard fruit with hints of warm biscuits and orange oil, it's medium to full-bodied, fleshy and charming, with tangy underlying acids, a generous core of fruit and impressive complexity derived from the large percentage of reserve wines. Colour, bright pale straw-yellow; a fine, clear mousse with a very delicate perlage. Bouquet, Attractively intense, very fruity and aromatic, with hints of wisteria flowers and Rennet apples. Keermont Fleurfontein Non-Vintage 375ml
"Yellow gold in colour with a copper tinge, the Fleurfontein Non-Vintage exudes aromas of dried apricot, lime marmalade, and ripe orange rind with hints of hazelnut and vanilla. The palate is full and creamy with concentrated flavours of dried fruits and marzipan with a grassy freshness. A central core of acidity gives the wine a long, complex, and succulent finish with a slightly salty touch. Drink now through to 2031." Winemaker's notes

"Saturated garnet. An expansive bouquet presents an array of dark fruit and floral qualities that are complemented by suggestions of exotic spices, vanilla, pipe tobacco and cedary oak. Stains the palate with concentrated, smoke-tinged cherry liqueur, cassis, fruitcake and candied licorice flavors, braced by a spine of juicy acidity. Shows excellent depth as well as energy and finishes extremely long and chewy, with resonating florality and sneaky tannins. This is the 2021 release for this always-intriguing wine, and it seems to be leading with its structured, 2010 component right now." - Josh Raynolds, Vinous
