Keermont Merlot 2018

R220.00 inc. VAT
"The Keermont Merlot 2018 has a deep royal red colour. Beautiful dusty, ripe strawberry fruit nose with notes of dried herbs, cigar box and cinnamon. The palate is soft, but clean and elegant. The wine exudes flavours of ripe red fruit with undertones of orange rind and dried herbs. Soft chalky tannins and good natural acidity help to maintain a fresh elegance and a long, succulent dry finish."

Clos Cantenac L’exuberance Rosé 2019

R295.00 inc. VAT
"The 2019 Lexuberance Rosé, pure Merlot planted on deep limestone soil with just under 2g/l residual sugar, has a forward and expressive nose of orange blossom, lanolin and red cherries, just a touch of pink grapefruit in the background. The palate offers upfront red cherries mixed with mandarin and grapefruit, a bitter orange peel and undercurrent lending tension with appealing persistency on the finish. This is worth seeking out." - Neal Martin, Vinous

Petrus 2004

"The dark plum/ruby-tinged 2004 Petrus possesses high acidity as well as copious amounts of sweet cherries and black currants intermixed with hints of cola, earth, and truffles. Deep, medium-bodied, concentrated, ripe flavors are excruciatingly firm and tannic. This backward, structured, muscular Pomerol requires a decade of cellaring, but it possesses the potential to be the longest lived wine of the vintage, lasting 30-40 years.- "Robert M. Parker, Jr., Wine Advocate
