Lucien Aviet 

For his son Vincent, now in charge of the estate, Lucien Aviet, nicknamed Bacchus, is a tough act to follow. Vincent has worked with Lucien since 1993, who had started making wines in 1960 after the Algerian war. All of his grapes are picked by hand and destemmed.
